We partner with public sector agencies serving as team members or subcontract with large privately-held firms in pursuit of publically-funded contracts. The Hill-Christian Consulting Group, LLC, is led by Sheila Hill-Christian, a highly-regarded former public administrator who is widely respected for making important decisions while upholding the highest ethical standards. Ms. Hill-Christian has distinguished herself by serving in high-profile leadership positions for two Virginia governors (Governors Tim Kaine and George Allen) and has worked closely with a third (L. Douglas Wilder) as Chief Administrative Officer. Additionally, the firm has worked with the City of Richmond’s Mayor, Dwight Jones, on a number of projects ranging from transition planning to organizational development and human resources consulting.
