Property Management Consulting

Property management consulting is a core competency for our firm! Our principals have experience with managing commercial and residential properties consisting of multi-unit apartment buildings, retail and entertainment facilities, multi-tenant and multi-story office buildings, and properties held for redevelopment.

Our principals have a range of experience in Property Management and have managed a commercial real estate portfolio (asset-based and physical), residential developments involving multiple acres and hundreds of dwelling units, a commercial real estate portfolio of more than one million square feet, a 110,000 office building located in a central business district, large properties held for redevelopment, publically-owned parking facilities, and various other property types.

We manage properties held for resale as a result of foreclosure, bank repossession, and pending sale or held for rehabilitation. We, effectively, respond to and address maintenance issues, and provide a buffer for property owners desiring to distance themselves from their tenant constituency. Our services include: property maintenance, property repair, weatherization, and “turn-key” rehabilitation.

Our property management division provides boutique services tailored to your specific needs. Regardless of your circumstances, our property managers’ goals are to work to ensure your property is managed well, to provide a rewarding experience for all concerned stakeholders.

What else to consider!

All property-specific maintenance issues, permit fees, etc., are passed through to the owner at 100% of cost. There is absolutely no mark up! In fact, you will receive copies of all bills that pertain to your property, along with your owner’s statement, every month.

As property managers and public administrators, we understand the nuances and many facets to this profession, including managing the accounts and finances of each property and, unfortunately, initiating or participating in litigation with tenants, contractors and insurance agencies, and managing “public perception.”
